WALK TO D�FEET ALS

All
of you are here to help promote care and hope To
those of us who have a disease that is off the scope. Off
the scope for getting help to find the cause or cure, It
seems this disease affects too few and stays obscure. But
I am a person with ALS, or Lou Gehrig�s disease, And
my wife, family and I are busy as a swarm of bees, To
promote the understanding of ALS any way we can. To
get the message of this walk to every woman and man. Make
everyone aware that daily ALS cripples and kills, And
that doctors and nurses with all of the trained skills, Have
nothing they can use to fight this nasty malediction Except
loving care, straight talk and planned intervention. Thank
you for joining us today in our all out crusade By
coming to the walk, into the battle you did wade, To
spread the news far and wide that ALS must be beat If
the start today causes that, wouldn�t that be neat?
